When will I know if I will be arrested by the FBI?

Cynthia Russell Henley

Criminal Law lawyer at Cynthia Henley
There is no way to really "know" except if they show up with a warrant to arrest you. They will prepare a report and present it to the prosecutors to determine if charges will be filed.

You may be able to avoid jail but you will likely end up with a criminal record. Retain a good criminal defense lawyer.

You really need an attorney to represent you in this. You have already confessed, but the confession might be suppressed, then the state will have no evidence to prosecute you with. Get counsel, this can affect your employment for the rest of your life.
