Do I qualify for the deferred action even if I have a juvenile felony?

What is your question? I do not think you will be able to remain in the country because you plead to a felony, which immigration will treat like an aggravated felony, which means you may not be able to be adjusted. So, you spent money on college rather than the attorney, only to be deported. That made no sense.

If a repairman in my home TAKES an object without my knowledge and finds it might be illegal, can he refer it to P.D. and they get a warrant?

Hi, Depending on the nature of the item, it is possible that it would be enough to get a warrant for a search. That being said, why should the police believe they took it from you and not simply arrest them for possession of it? Where is the evidence that this item came from your house?  I wouldn't worry about it.  I would assume this company is incompetent and inefficient in returning calls before I assume police raids and search warrants.  Evan H. Nass, Esq.

You could get into a lot of trouble with something like this. I suggest you stop researching and whining on the internet, and speak in person, privately with an attorney who defends sex crimes.
