Can the cops pick your locks and search while you are not home even if on probation?

Jared Clayton Austin

You voluntarily give up a lot of your rights on probation. It is stated in the order of probation that you must submit to warrantless searches of your person or home. However, it is usually done by the Probation Officer and not the police unless specifically directed by the courts. I would need more information as to what happened and why in order to give you a better answer. Was the search by the police connected to your probation or an unrelated matter?

What does no PC found mean?

I would presume that means no probable cause which is the legal standard for arresting someone. If the judge found no probable cause, that is good for you as the case should be dismissed.
