You can always sue, IF you are good with throwing another $ 5,000 at the case for the retainer for the civil attorney.

Can I back out of a plea I signed that my attorney said he wouldn't turn in yet for a Federal case?

YES. Before the Judge accepts the plea agreement, the judge will put you under oath and ask you a series of questions about whether or not you want to plead guilty. You will have the opportunity at that time to advise the court that you do not want the plea deal. However, I would strongly recommend telling your attorney as soon as possible that you do not want the plea deal. Although you have the right to withdraw your plea right up until the last moment, Judges do not like this type of surprise.

Stay away from her, period. Otherwise you will be back in court and the order amended, and you potentially penalized for a technical violation.
