What do I do if I was charged with marijuana and curfew but failed to appear to court?

Surely there is a warrant out for your arrest. If/when you are caught they will take you in and you will have to deal with the system from a worse situation then if you surrendered yourself. But you really need legal advice. Contact the Public Defender, particularly if you qualify for their services financially. Otherwise get an opinion from a private lawyer. If you can't afford full-scale representation follow his/her advice. The more you show you want to do the right thing the more the judge (and DA) will appreciate it.

What can I do if I didn't turn myself in after a warrant was issued?

You should consult with an attorney to discuss the details of your cases. In each case, it may be different when you turn yourself in. It will depend on the charge, the Judge, and the reason why you avoided addressing the warrant. I hope that this was helpful.
