Yoy need to show the dmv proof that you completed the required alcohol course and pay a reissuance fee. Normally you have to provide them with an sr-22 form as well, but if it has been over 3 years since your conviction, it may not be necessary.

The initial appearance is an arraignment. At this time the court will advise you of the charge, advise you of your rights including your right to an attorney and ask you to plead. You should plead not guilty until you can discuss this with an attorney.

You need to tell us what the results were of the crimes. You can get one criminal record sealed and expunged in a lifetime, but adjudication needs to have been withheld and the charge must qualify. Hire an attorney.
