What are my rights during a criminal interview?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Ryan Lee Berman (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Ryan Berman Esq.
Definitely consult and bring an attorney with you, if that attorney even advises to do an interview. Most of the time you shouldn't even submit to an interview, as it'll rarely ever be helpful to your cause. If they wanted info from you just as a witness, they would've probably asked you questions over the phone or came to you.

Can an adult (18+) get in trouble for kissing a minor?

Answered by attorney Jared Christian Winter (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Jared C. Winter
It depends on who is doing the kissing (parents can obviously kiss their children) and what the circumstances are of the kiss. If you feel like you may have violated the law, stop talking about it and posting about it online.
