He should have an attorney. If they consider him a suspect, he should not submit to questioning without counsel.

How can I found out if I have a judgement?

Mark A. Broughton
Answered by attorney Mark A. Broughton (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Mark A. Broughton, PC
You really need to contact a civil attorney for this. But if you know how, you can either search through the court records on-line or at the court where you think the judgment may have been made. If you are looking for documents that relate to your corporation, you might contact or look on the website of the California Secretary of State, or Department of Corporations.

Will I be sentenced for a roberry 2 11 charge and for how long?

Answered by attorney Terry Alan Nelson (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Nelson & Lawless
If you are convicted of robbery, yes, you will face several years in prison. Try not to get convicted. You haven't said anything that indicates robbery charges. The honest answer is that no attorney can predict the outcome, nor even give an intelligent opinion, without reviewing and knowing all the charges, evidence, police reports, expected testimony, priors history, defenses, sympathies, etc. If you don't know how to represent yourself effectively against an experienced prosecutor intending to convict, then hire an attorney who does, who will try to get a dismissal, charge reduction, diversion, programs, or other decent outcome through motions, plea bargain, or take it to trial if appropriate.
