Is it a criminal act if a 19-year-old male is talking on the phone to a 14-year-old female?

You need to back off. Unless you want to spend a number of years in prison, it is best not for a 19 year old to get involved with a 14 year old, especially when the father tells him to leave her alone. It can easily become a criminal matter.

If someone is on federal probation and gets charged with 2 felonies, what happens if the probation is from FL and the felonies are in NC?

It is usually best to get the substantive charges disposed of before dealing with the cop. Your friend needs an attorney, he will probably be doing many years in prison, from just these basic facts. The best thing is to make state time co-terminous with any federal time.

What's the worst that can happen if I was caught stealing $100 and will this first offense be on my record?

Answered by attorney Andrea Rogers (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Rogers Law Firm
In Missouri, a conviction for stealing under $500 has a potential sentence of a fine of $1,000 and 1 year in jail. You need to hire an attorney to keep this off your record, or ask the judge to appoint a public defender.
