Will I go to jail for misdemeanor embezzlement?

Answered by attorney Francis John Cowhig (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Francis John Cowhig
You should be scared. Depending on your criminal history, if any, a jail sentence is a good possibility, although not necessarily guaranteed. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced criminal defense attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

What are the violation if i caught throwing knife at the airport?

Your expectation of a hired attorney getting your charges completely dropped in Michigan is lofty, but not realistic. Shop around, use the public defender or worse yet, represent yourself. A future criminal record will hurt you for years to come.

Is this a domestic assault or harassment?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
It is NOT harassment, when you are too lazy to read the documents, and just agree to whatever. The judge is not going to reopen a case, because you can only think in text time, rather than real time, especially without an attorney.
