Can I be charged as an accessory if my fiance committed a crime and I found out and didn't report?

If you are reaping the benefits of the crimes he has committed, yes you can. If this person is committing multiple crimes and you are aware, he is ruining your life and that of the children. If I were in your shoes, I would cut off the engagement and get out of the relationship. If not, you could find yourself in jail and the children taken away from you. At the minimum, think of the children.

You can be accused and changed. The real question is if you can be convicted. Again, get an attorney.
