If I failed to pay a ticket that I received while passing through one state can my another state’s drivers license be suspended?

That depends upon the law in AL. Can they suspend a license for failing to pay a ticket? I suppose so. A license suspension in one state will get a license suspension in another. FL has nothing to do with your question.
