How can I prove to the judge that my wife exaggerated her story?

Answered by attorney Lori A. Beck
Criminal Law lawyer at Beck Law Office, LLC
This is what a trial is for. If you feel you are not guilty, you need to have a jury find you not guilty. A judge has no discretion to dismiss charges.

2-20 or 5-99 depending on how they filed it. Best to hire the best drug lawyer you can afford. Very serious case.

Can I get a misdemeanor off my record before I go to school?

Cynthia Russell Henley
Answered by attorney Cynthia Russell Henley (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Cynthia Henley
You can have the case expunged if it was dismissed or you were found not guilty. You can have it sealed (nondisclosure) if you successfully completed a deferred adjudication probation. Note that even if you have it sealed, the nursing board will continue to have access to it.
