Can my neighbor accuse me of drunk driving?

Thomas J Tomko
Answered by attorney Thomas J Tomko (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Thomas J. Tomko, Attorney at Law
This is a questionable case, as there generally has to be more evidence that a general claim by a neighbor to establish the elements of the case beyond a reasonable doubt. If charged, you should immediately hire an attorney to go over the facts and to review what defenses there may be I hope that this was helpful.

Can the mother press charges if her daughter does not want to for the naked video? If yes, what can I be facing?

Answered by attorney Lucio Antonio Montes (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Montes Law Firm
Yes, she can report it to the police. She does not "press charges." The District Attorney's office will decide if they want to prosecute. It is not up to your girlfriend or her mother to prosecute once a police report is filed.

What should I expect in court for a posession of a crack pipe?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Crack is the same as coke these days so you're looking at a felony 2-10 years in prison. Depending on your priors, the DA, the Judge, and most importantly: YOUR attorney, could get nothing or everything. Hire the best drug attorney you can afford.
