Even if you are completely innocent, do not speak to law enforcement. It will not help. You have a right to remain silent and you should exercise that right.

Can I end my probation early?

You can bring a motion for early termination of probation. I wouldn't bother trying to do this on your own. Hire a lawyer to do it, or contact the lawyer that represented you when the case was originally charged.

What can I do if my ex has a restraining order and she has recently contacted me to hang out?

Do not take the bait. Indeed, call the police to report it to protect yourself. If she wants to hang out, she can get the order modified to a limited order of protection.
