Over 25 years ago, at age 18, I plead guilty to marijuana possession on 2 seperate occasions (under .01 grms both times). Am I required to answer "yes" when asked if I have ever been convicted of a felony? Is this admissable in a civil trial? What if my record was expunged?

Whether you are required to answer "yes" to the question "have you ever been convicted of a felony?" depends on whether possession of marijuana in the state in which you plead guilty was a felony at the time of your plea. If it was a felony, and you have not had the felony expunged, you must answer the question "Yes." But if your marijuana possession conviction was only a misdemeanor, you may answer the question "no." Generally, felony convictions over ten years old are not admissible in court trials. However, you may wish to consult a New Jersey Lawyer to make sure this is the case in New Jersey. If your conviction was "expunged", the law treats it as if you never had a conviction and you may answer the question "No.". Again, you may wish to have a lawyer review your file to make sure the conviction was legally expunged.

What is the crime and sentence for pointing a BB gun at someone?

You could be charged with felony assault. The sentence depends upon a lot of factors that I am not privy to based upon your short question.
