What do I do if I am on felony probation 2 warning on interlock device?

Your question does not make sense. If you have questions about your felony probation, just ask your probation officer. If you don't know who your PO is, then call the probation department.

Would I be placed under probation for a possession of a controlled substance in a motor vehicle?

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced criminal law attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your arrest. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

Was my rights violated if my rights were not read at the time of arrest as the law states?

Where does the law state that you MUST be read your rights? It doesn't. That's just the way they do it on TV because it looks dramatic. Miranda rights must only be read if you are are (1) in custody and (2) you are being interrogated. If one of those factors didn't apply to your situation, then they did not need to read the rights.
