He has 2 problems: A parole violation which can send him back to prison for the remainder of his sentence and new charges which can add additional jail time. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced criminal defense attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your husband's situation. (S)he would then be in a better position to analyze his case and advise you of his options.

If you go and turn yourself in, are they going to arrest you right on the spot or will they just let you go for another court date?

Criminal Law lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
Given the fact that you have three outstanding warrants I would suggest strongly that you engage an attorney to try to avoid an immediate arrest and a resetting of your court dates. Otherwise, given the fact that you have not shown up at the court when ordered they are not going to be anywhere near as likely to allow you to leave again.
