Hired Attorney

Matthew was most efficient in dealing with a credit card company wrongfully effecting my credit rating, as well as a pending civil lawsuit from the same CC company. Through his legal expertise, the matter was resolved, my credit rating restored, and the suit dismissed, I even received an apology from the CC company. Job well done Mr Ausley.

Hired Attorney

Matt's hard work helped us accomplish so much with my child's custody/timesharing hearing. He kept me informed, calm, and was realistic about what the possible outcomes were. He gave detailed explanations for what to expect during the hearing which helped provide more confidence during the hearing itself. Could not have asked for a better outcome!

Hired Attorney

Oddly enough since being failed by Good Life Legal, I have met a few people locally who have had very similar experiences. I will make this easy… Do you want an attorney who will pay attention to you, your case, the opposing party, and motions filed? If the answer is yes, this is not the attorney for you. Do you want an attorney who will respond to you and inform you in a timely manner? If your definition of timely manner is 6-16 weeks for any responses other than “we will get back to you”, then this is not the attorney for you. Do you want an attorney who will prepare fully before trial, files necessary motions, and show up to trial ready to represent you to the fullest capacity of the services you are paying for? If your answer is “yes”, this is not the attorney for you. Do you want an attorney who is in town and ready for settlements and trial within the week countdown to your trial? If the answer is yes, this is definitely not the attorney for you!
