Hired Attorney

Charles Powers provided excellent service. We consulted with top legal property tax specialists in the state who advised us that we had a weak case. Powers disagreed and offered to settle our case on very reasonable terms. The results were a precedent setting opinion from the State Board of Appeals. Powers is a creative thinker and a determined lawyer.

He did not work for us, but took the easy settlement to close the case. It was not worth our effort and expense.
