Working with this Lawyer has been a complete nightmare from day one, I was injured on the job in 2007, had surgery and the whole nine yards, if I hadn't visited the social security office and DCF I would have been lost without anything. When I visited the site office they informed me that they had not received any forms on my case from him, I submitted all the documents and paperwork myself, but when it was time for the hearing he was there before I was, I ended up losing 2 years of my retirement since 2011, I have recorded messages where he stated he was still working with the retirement disability lawyers and he talked to this person and that person, when I call his office the phone always go to the voice-mail and "his assistant ",never answer the phone, I leave messages with no return calls and when he does return the call he's always giving me excuses. I definitely wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
This lawyer rarely answer your phone calls and his assistant never answer the phone, she's always away from her desk or assisting other clients, when you ask to set up an appointment she never return your call through the voicemail. When you leave a message for a appointment then he calls telling you the same story about who he talked to and never settling the case after years has passed I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
