John S. Capper IV

I brought my case to John knowing it would be lengthy and nasty. My case has gone on for going on five years now and John hasn’t stopped working to insure the best outcome for my family. From getting what I was owed in my nasty divorce to getting me custody of my son he has continued to make sure we are taken care of. He has been professional when at times I’m sure that was difficult given the nature of the other party. Our case was somewhat unusual. Medicare was going after much more money than was caused by our accident. The accident was not our fault and the medical problem that was induced was although permanent still was difficult to place a value to. John stuck with it until we achieved a settlement. Attorney, John Capper IV, has a prior substantiated findings and disciplinary sanction from the Supreme Ct. Disciplinary Commission AND has a current investigation of him for committing acts such as Fraud Upon The Court and perjury (investigation is ongoing and he has not been determined guilty of this conduct at this time). His alleged conduct did cause a child to be taken from their non offending parent and returned to their offending parent that had a fourth DCS case Substantiated against them and has acted in collusion with that parent perversely in court litigation.
