Mr. Capper’s estate, trust, and will practice includes numerous contested matters and the management and sale of farm real estate in estates and trusts. He litigated an early National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act compensation case that reached the U.S. Supreme Court, served as local counsel in a 75‑defendant toxic tort matter, and tried major civil and criminal jury cases in Indiana. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Seventh and Federal Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and all Indiana state courts.
