Ed as always been supportive, compassionate and considerate. He has a very calm demeanor, yet is very knowledgeable and encouraging.
He said he wanted to achieve certain results regarding my case, but when it came down to effectively arguing the case to achieve the end results he was very wishy-washy and meek.
He could have fought harder but it was almost like he didn't care. He cared when he sent me a bill for almost $1800. that I don't think he deserved. His hourly rate was also too high.
We were greatly disappointed and would not recommend. The case was essentially lost in part through bad initial legal advice, cryptic and slow communications, and an inability to take advantages when they were available. Processes were inadequately explained. Overly-aggressive billing created a financial disaster for us...I felt it was tremendously expensive for impersonal service.
Very disappointed in the interaction I had with Ed Forminsano. Ed was referred to me by a client who had previously worked with him regarding a disability discrimination case. After the initial conversation, I finally felt hope regarding my case, which has been investigated by the R.I.C.H.R. for over a year. It finally felt like I was being heard. He asked me to send over the original claim from R.I.C.H.R. and the rebuttal from the lawyer for the company. I also included my rebuttals so he had all the information. I have over 200 pages of documentation about how my former company violated my rights regarding my ADA reasonable accommodation; this should be an open and closed case. I sent Mr Forminsano the original email on 9/26/2022, sent him a second email on 9/27/2022 to just clarify something I had said in our initial phone conversation.
