Marin and Barrett was extremely attentive and fast to respond to any messages I sent, regardless of the time of day. They were very knowledgeable of local courts and knew which judges would be best when presenting my case. The resulting nolo contendere agreement on a DUI case was a great outcome.

Hired Attorney Matthew Marin

All I needed was the free consultation to quell my panic and frenzy, but I would use Mr. Marin right away if necessary. He got right to the point and gave me the correct legal perspective instead of the info I found online. By the way, don't be like me and try to do your own legal research on Google! You will be doing yourself a disservice out of fear and distress. It's not worth your sanity and peace of mind - especially if you have a heavy charge.

In Aug 2018 I was charged with a misdemeanor DUI on a Saturday night in South Kingstown RI. Needless to say I was terrified. I contacted Matt's offices 1st thing Monday morning; and by 1PM I was meeting with him face to face. Matt calmed my nerves and assured me he could help. He clearly explained the entire process and what to expect; including timeline to resolve and all fines and fees. Now, less than 2 months later, my charges are dismissed and being expunged. He was worth every $!!!!!!

Matt was great. I initially went to court alone, everyone told me it was no big deal, and that was a mistake. Worth every penny I paid to Matt, and his fee was really reasonable. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer.
