Hired Attorney

overtime i mention his name to other people,they say to me he has never done anything for me. i have to agree with them,because they are right.i also would not reccomend him for a trial lawyer either.i had him do my mothers will and alot of information and clauses were not completed.

Beware of his billing practices. The firm nor Ken ever sent monthly statements despite repeated requests. Eventually terminated him and have filed a complaint with the Board of Ethics which is under the direction of the RI Supreme Court.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
