Absolutely the worst communication with their clients. I had a third party tell me that he had information that I had settled a fender bender case from almost a year ago, unbeknownst to me. I call. I email. I text. Not until I threatened to leave bad reviews and contact the BBB did I receive a return call. Unbelievably poor. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I signed “settlement paperwork” over a month ago and can not get a response from ANYONE at this office. I think they are out of business. That’s a good thing. They should be out of business.
