Triarsi, Betancourt, Wukovits & Dugan, LLC traces its roots to Pisano & Triarsi, established in 1969 by Alfonso L. Pisano and Joseph J. Triarsi in Roselle Park, New Jersey. In 1988, John S. Triarsi, a partner, was appointed as a Superior Court Judge, and Rafael J. Betancourt joined the firm. By 1994, Betancourt became a partner, and the firm’s name evolved to Pisano, Triarsi & Betancourt. In 2001, Thomas J. Walsh and Steven F. Wukovits became partners, and the firm name changed to Triarsi, Betancourt, Walsh & Wukovits.
Thomas J. Walsh resigned after his 2010 appointment as a Superior Court Judge. Mark P. Dugan joined in 2011 and became a partner in 2013, prompting the firm's name to become Triarsi, Betancourt, Wukovits & Dugan in 2014. In 2020, Rafael J. Betancourt became managing partner, and Richard D. Huxford joined as a partner.
