A Union County native, Mark P. Dugan combines decades of transactional and litigation experience to advise businesses, nonprofits, and individuals. He earned a B.S. in Business and Economics (Accounting) from Lehigh University and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Samuel Belkin Scholar, Corporate Law). Mr. Dugan routinely structures and forms corporations and nonprofits, secures tax-exempt status, maintains corporate formalities, and negotiates, drafts, and reviews contracts, leases, and transactional documents. He also handles commercial and employment litigation, personal and commercial real estate matters, business acquisitions and sales, estate planning and probate, and landlord–tenant disputes. Mr. Dugan has served as a municipal attorney, is an active R.1:40 mediator, and is admitted in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and multiple federal courts (including the District of New Jersey, EDPA, SDNY, and the Third Circuit). His civic service includes ethics and fee-arbitration roles and current pro bono general counsel work for St. Joseph Social Center, plus board service with The Roncoli Foundation.
