Hired Attorney

If you want the best representation your money can buy, read Marty's bio and give him a call, anything else is subpar. My husband and I were facing tax issues with the IRS, the State of NJ and a Department of Labor issue, which, would have destroyed us. If we were to survive, we needed a champion, one who had our best interests at heart. Marty and his team were successful in obtaining favorable outcomes for us for each of our three issues. My advice, read his bio, it speaks for itself.

Hired Attorney

In my opinion, dealing with this firm—and specifically attorney Robbin Caruso—was a disastrous experience that others need to be warned about. What I experienced felt exploitative, misleading, and entirely unprofessional. I was initially provided with an estimate that seemed reasonable and in line with what other attorneys had quoted as a flat fee for the entire case. However, after six months of vague updates and repeated reassurances that costs were "minimal," I was blindsided by a final bill that was five times the original estimate—FIVE TIMES! Not only was this shocking compared to their initial estimate, but it was also five times what other attorneys had quoted as a flat fee for the same work. To put this into perspective, imagine being quoted $20,000 for a service, only to be charged $100,000 in the end. This level of overcharging feels beyond unethical—it feels predatory. Adding to this, I did not receive a single bill for six months—not one. I repeatedly asked for updates on
