Josh is a very caring attorney that sincerely cares about his clients rights. When his lips move,it's not a lie or bunch of bs that almost all attorneys give you. Josh explained to me that my case could be handled on a contingency basis. Rightfully so, there are 3 professional liability insurance policies in place. He further stated that I needed to bring $500 to him for a consultation. I brought $500 but did not receive a consultation. Rather. I was told to bring him an additional $2,500 and "maybe" he would pursue my claim. There were a few others waiting to see him with their hard earned $500 consultation fees. Do not be fooled by the awards on his walls. Those are not actually "won." It seems to me he runs a consultation fee business and I question how much law is practiced. Some, probably - maybe.... I would say that I expected much, much more from this attorney. Later, I have come to learn from his co,,eagles that he has operated this way for a long time.
