Michael's office said they would get information back to us at a certain time and it was 3 days to a week late every time.
hardly got to speak with him, only to other office personnel. the fee was not clarified to me. it ended up costing twice as much.
Michael won't touch or meet or see or speak to you he has his daughter Madeleine and she nasty as he'll. No compassion at all and very disrespectful all ways has your calls on speaker phone. She does not include you on what's going on. She makes you do all the leg work all the calling around her job but you pay her and again you do the work. You dont do what she says she will tell you instantly well you can go find another attorney and u can take care of your on business. Who says that to a client? Very disrespectful and not trying at all to have you still be able to live in a livable manor. She dont care they both dont. Horrible family business all hands down.
Working with this lawyer was a terrible experience. The office never answers phone calls, i got so angry at them never answering my phone calls, that while sitting in their office watching sommer play on her phone i called the office to see if they would answer. She never put her phone down and answered the call, and its no better with micheal himself your lucky if you get a response out of him if you email. Trying to get him to do his job he gets payed for is terrible, only thing he does is show up to court when asked about amending changes to the plan he will tell you yeah he can do it then file a confirmation order and get you stuck with tons of debt that should have been discharged. I highly dont reccomend this lawyer
