Harry Hellings, Jr. is a subpar attorney. His responses are quick during the initial phases of the process, but will progressively become nonexistent as the time for the final hearings come. Impossible to get on the phone, his secretary is simply a human answering machine, only responding with scripted answers. **MOST IMPORTANT** Mr. Hellings will try to convince you to not sign any paperwork/receipt during the payment process, to make things "easier", which is only a ploy for him to not be obligated to help in the appeal process in the likely event he loses your cases.
