Hired Attorney

Alysha McKinney is ridiculously unprofessional, untimely and improper. Let’s start with the most egregious part of her demeanor, attacking opposing counsel’s character because she was angry she doesn’t know adoption laws, yet allowed herself to be paid to represent one. She makes ridiculous statements to be used as “emotional” even though she cannot present any binding legal evidence of her stance. Her briefs are abysmal and could be written by a middle school student. The grammar, spelling and language we won’t even get into. If she cannot refute opposing counsels claim, “she lets the case go on and on and on” remember that one alysha? An actual sentence you used in a court brief. Unprofessional. Yet all of the continuances were requested by her for a YEAR then after all of that, to show up to trial with only a laptop with google pulled up on it. No notepad, no binder, I mean you had to ask the bailiff for a pen and paper, come on! Do not pay this women your hard earned money .
