I sought John Strauss when I came home from work one day and a earth moving machine had removed the woods on my property and was digging a large hole on my property for a sewer line. I was aware this work was pending but it should have happened on the property next door.{para}John was able to find the responsible party and reach a settlement for the removal of my trees and also had them plant more trees on my property.
The man robbed me got my BMW seized without a fight when I asked him to as it wasn’t even mine as I explained to him! I fired him after one court appearance as he attempted to get away with doing absolutely nothing to help me! He wouldn’t answer the phone and he wouldn’t refund but half of my money after my first court appearance that I was lucky hhe showed up to! He was short when he did talk to my family after keeping me held without a bond! This so called Human being is ghost on so many fronts that you would be a fool to hire him like I was!! Do not hire him on a drug case he hates drug addiction and will not be on your side!!!
Please please please do not use this person. You will never hear from him. They'll surely take your money, and never communicate as to what is happening with your case. I was granted a default judgement for my case just for him to withdraw before a trial date could be set. I'm disappointed he took my money and wasted my time. I wish I would have taken heed to others experience.
I hired Mr. Strauss for my divorce. Unfortunately his office was very bad in communication. I had to call several times with no answer. I called again after the divorce for a final bill several times. He still has not produced anything after saying he would. I would not recommend.
Me and my family hired Mr Strauss to help us get guardianship and conservatorship over my elderly mother in which me and my family furnished Mr. Strauss with names and phone numbers of people that would have been able to help with the case but he never talked to nobody we gave him so if you are looking for this kind of help we wouldn’t recommend Mr Strauss because all he going to do is take your money and not do his job I have already talked to the major of Covington and he even told me and my family that it sounded like that is all Mr Strauss was doing and he ask us with we hired Mr Strauss in which we stated we don’t have a lot of money our pockets doesn’t run deep and that says a lot when the major of Covington don’t even recommend Mr. Strauand now my 4 kids can’t even talk to there grandma in which my youngest two kids are special needs my youngest daughter has been at Egleston Children’s hospital since Monday having seizures that the Dr has yet to be able to get under control
