THIS ATTORNEY IS THE WORST!! She's neglectful. She would rarely respond to my email to give me updates about my case. I had to send her a certified letter practically threatening to call the RI Disciplinary Board in order to get a response from her. She didn't want to put in any real work on my case so she allowed the opposing attorney to try and pull a slick move on me in a consent order and Geri tried to get me to comply with it so she can be done with my case. I fought with Geri tooth and nail until she realized that I wasn't going to back down and then she finally "discovered " that the proposed consent order was not up to par and ONLY THEN did she make the necessary adjustments to correct the order and have it signed by a judge. This long battle with Geri took well over a YEAR! I am so glad that my case is finally over and I no longer have to deal with her incompetence and rude demeanor... GOOD RIDDANCE!!
