The entire team is easy to reach, returns calls and questions promptly and overall is a successfully run office. Molly is just the person we needed. She presented the facts, proved the law, she’s passionate, was aggressive when needed yet always maintained respect for the court. Best decision ever! Thank you Molly, you truly are the best!
Molly is hands down the worst lawyer on Whidbey Island. She has already been disciplined by the BAR for falsely signing documents. Her work is sloppy, her responsiveness is nearly non-existent, and her fees are extraordinary. My experience with her, has lead me to considering filing a new complaint with the BAR, hire literally anyone else. You've been warned.
The issue is the intent to follow any action. Prior to addressing the issues she seems willing to move on the case. After she does singing the agreement she does not even take you phone calls in a timely manner or make meetings with apposing council. The current case has been nearly 9 months and less than 10 hours of work done. She is not a committed attorney and lacks the ability to stay focused.
