Very professional and thorough, until deposition time arrived. Face to face with the law firm hired by the city of Red Oak, I don't feel that he presented my case properly, or in any manor that he and I had discussed and planned. Nor do I feel that I was properly represented. He left out all the facts and didn't cross-examine the parties involved. He also accepted an agreement that paid his expenses and fees, finalized. I don't feel that his actions were justified nor were they ethical.
