Needed to settle my mother’s estate, including filing of inheritance tax, some trust work, deeds, and a mortgage. Attorney Larson was recommended by a Coudersport tax preparation agency. I found him to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I am a Florida resident and had to handle all of the above transactions from 1200 miles away. Pat was almost unbelievably helpful and responsive. Emails were responded to in very short times, and the required documents were prepared and filed in what seems like record times. In the past, I have found it almost impressed to put the words impressive and attorney in the same sentence, but this is not the case with Pat. His rates, and the fact that he only billed for the actual time he worked I find very refreshing. Times were actual, not rounded up. I highly recommend him for any service he is willing to provide.
