I am leaving this same review on other sites just to get the word out, so don't be surprised if you see the same text in a few places! We have now used John twice, first when we purchased our home (in 2022) and again when we sold it (in 2024). In both instances he was wonderful to work with, both as a person and in a professional capacity. Every task was taken care of promptly, and John was also excellent at nudging the other party's team along when they were moving slowly to ensure that the always slow New York real estate process moved along a little bit faster. In the case of when we purchased our home, we had to give John power of attorney as both my partner and I had to be out of the country for work. He handled everything exceptionally well then, making what otherwise would have been a very stressful process as easy as it could have been. Hired Attorney

Mr Bardsley (and his office staff) did very well by me and my NYS Workers Comp case. I found him to be honest, professional, personable, and highly competitive when it comes to dealing with the "other" opposing team - who get paid to keep you from getting paid. Follow his advice to the letter - take notes, make appointments and etc. Do your part in this and be patient and diligent as these matters can take time (mine took a year and a half). I don't think you can go wrong by hiring the services of John Bardsley and his team. Happy Client here.

Hired Attorney

John started out as a very good lawyer but as time went by he either had his secretary handle everything. I would leave a message to speak to him and he never called back.
