Well, were going on two years now still haven't settled I had spinal damage on c6 and c7 disc and for two years I've been having to sleep sitting up in a recliner and my pain management Dr for my lower back won't touch me until we settle I can't mow my lawn ride my motorcycle or work on my cars which have been broke down for over two years but when I call they tell me they sent them another letter I just wonder when are they gonna take off the sheep's clothing and expose the wolves hiding beneath them?but they are very nice people but so am I so I hope something nice happens soon
I was hit by truck when crossing street--I gave Mr Henry all the information about my medicare advantage plan insurance since I was hospitalised with bleeding in my brain. He NEVER contacted them-I had to do everything & all his office did was make copies of the information I gave them. For this he took 48% of the $50,000 the driver's insurance settled for (which was the liability limit of the policy). I still have anger every time I see his commercials on t.v. I feel used & abused!
The law firm has very bad service, and they hardly ever keep in contact with you when it comes to information on your case.
