Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy Originally from Uvalde, Texas, Mr. White is a fourth generation South Texas attorney. Licensed in Texas, New Mexico and California, Stuart White’s nationwide practice is entirely contingency fee based and consists of a wide variety of catastrophic personal injury and death cases, including a special emphasis on 18-wheeler, bus and company vehicle wreck cases. Mr. White also handles cases involving product defects, refinery and workplace accidents, negligence and premises liability, commercial and business litigation, and oil and gas litigation. He received a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin. While at UT, Mr. White was a member of the Silver Spurs, an honorary service organization. After law school, Mr. White had the honor of clerking for one year for the Honorable Andrew S. Hanen, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas. While clerking, he gained invaluable experience in legal writing and research, as well as the opportunity to observe courtroom activities on a daily basis and learn from a federal trial judge.
