Mr. Peter Zavaletta is an accomplished plaintiff’s trial lawyer at Thomas J. Henry Law with nearly 30 years of experience representing injured clients.

Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry, Mr. Zavaletta was principal and owner of The Zavaletta Law Firm where he successfully represented thousands of individuals and small businesses involved in personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial, mass tort, and employment litigation. Mr. Zavaletta has also represented clients in appellate court and before the Texas Supreme Court.

Mr. Zavaletta was invited to join both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum in 2014 and has been nationally recognized by Apple Computer and Microsoft Corp. for his innovative use of technology in the court room.

Joining Thomas J. Henry in 2015, Mr. Zavaletta currently represents injured clients out of the firm’s Corpus Christi law office and works to mentor the firm’s younger attorneys. Mr. Zavaletta is a fierce advocate for his clients inside and outside the courtroom and has an extensive track record of reaching substantial results across the state of Texas.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
