Lost my case file, showed up at mediation empty-handed and unfamiliar with the facts of the case.
Told me that an appeal would take at least 5 years and advised me in presence of opposing counsel that he would not represent me in an appeal.
Sorry, miserable example of an attorney.

I would NOT recommend Mr.Cassidy,pretty much took my $2500 and showed up for court to no avail...If you are willing to settle and be advised that pleading guilty is best then he is the right man ,if you want someone to fight for you look elsewhere....The only thing he got right is his slogan of "Bring the wood"But that doesnt mean he will bring it,it is the client that feels like bringing it when you find he is useless,If I new how to go about on having him investigated I would do it..
