Attorney Tom Fisher was professional and very knowledgeable regarding our property ownership legal issue. Our legal issue was complicated but Mr. Fisher was able to help us retain our rightful ownership.

Greatly exceeded all expectations on a difficult and complicated case. Was FAR more effective, and easier to deal with, than the overpriced, AV-rated, larger-firm attorneys I had originally hired for this case, and secured a settlement offer more than 10 times the previously offered amount.

Client of Tom Fisher’s for 7 or 8 years. Texas Oil & Gas work:
- oil and gas leasing issues and strategies
- negotiate and draft oil and gas leases
- surface use agreements
- negotiate and draft settlement agreement concerning surface use
- preparation of prospect sale materials
- oil & gas title and lease maintenance issues.
Professional opinions are clear and well founded. I always seek his advice on negotiations. I have complete trust and confidence in Tom and his work.
