This man was completely useless and in spite of having been given a generous amount of time to prepare for a case, it was necessary to enlist the aid of another attorney to meet with him and only with 3 weeks to spare before the trial. His courtroom style was completely passive, allowing the federal prosecutors to conduct a massive and uninterrupted negative PR campaign that resulted very negatively as a direct correlate of his inactivity and non-caring incompetence. No time was spent preparing.
