Criminal Defense Attorney in Corpus Christi

When you are faced with criminal charges, your criminal defense attorney’s experience and skill is your best asset. Adam Rodrigue has spent his entire career focused on criminal defense, representing those people charged with crimes in Southern Texas. He has taken more than 100 cases before juries at both the state and federal levels, including cases where clients were charged with DUI, possession, shoplifting, drug conspiracy, and capital murder. Mr. Rodrigue also works with juveniles who have been charged with misdemeanors or felonies, helping to ensure young people don’t start their adult lives with criminal convictions on their records.

Adam P. Rodrigue works by the belief that all criminal defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and that every person he represents deserves the best possible defense he can provide. Along with getting a client his or her desired outcome, Mr. Rodrigue wants to make sure his clients’ rights are upheld during every step of the process, from the initial arrest, through pretrial motions and hearings, to trial, and that anyone charged with a crime gets the fairest treatment under the law.
