I hired Larry Summers aprox. 3 yrs ago. He has been a workmans comp attorney for many years and seems to get things done. I also recommended Lsrry to my friend who was having problems with her attorney, and after talking to Larry, she ended up hiring him to take her case too!
At the start of my case he was great, but as it came time to settle in court he was not confident at all, he told me to just settle my case, I got no future medical, and I have to wait 10 years to get what is owed to me. My attorney got his fee within 10 days. It is really depressing, my injuries are still with me, I can't work. He told me to file for ssi, and to come to him when I am turned down to see if he can help. Of course there is a fee.
Is not tough enough, doesn't search out evidence, takes the word of person.
