After 2 years and 3 court dates nothing happened except extremely high spousal support payments. I continued to call Mr. Buckey and got the same answer, he said he would look into the situation. I asked about the spousal support and he kept saying that was the formula and there was nothing he could do about it. I do not believe that he ever negotiated the amount. He said that at the final divorce the support would possibly be reduced by 15 - 20 %. I changed lawyers and got immediate action.
