As a client of Dina Farhat, I must say I was very pleased with her service. I first started with a chapter 13 that was then converted to chapter 7. She was able to do this without any hesitation. The best part of doing business with Dina is that she always kept me well inform, of what the next step is in the process would be. Since this is the first time I file any type of bankruptcy, I felt that being informed was very important to me. Dina was able to answer all my questions when asked.
Dina was very knowledgeable and personable. So busy, however, that it affects her responsiveness.
It's very difficult to get Dina to respond to calls and/or emails. Although, she had handled our BK with basic efficiency, we feel the service and response time to issues we believe are important are not being met.
Although Ms. Farhat knows bankruptcy law well, we have been unable to get or her office assistant to respond to emails/questions, phone calls and even personal visits to the office. We are treated without respect for our time and concerns. We are in Chapter 13 and there are important tax and real estate questions we need resolved. In the past year, communications have been non-existent between the firm/Ms. Farhat and us.
