Cheri's office will share your closing statement with anyone who asks for it even if parties are not on the mortgage or deed. Fiduciary responsibility is thrown right out the window. I would not recommend to others.
She represented the people who bought my land from me. She messed up the HUD statement twice. Closing was on a Friday at 9 AM and I didn’t get my check till Monday after the weekend. When I went to pick up my check it was scotch taped to the outer door which is in the hallway of the building she has an office in. I got into my car and saw that the amount didn’t match up To my calculations. I went back in to talk to someone. I told her about the calculations not adding up and she very indignantly said and I quote you signed the paper. I told her I was going to leave and talk to my lawyer and my realtor and get back to her. She made no effort to read through the HUD statement with me and try and find the missing money. My realtor and I realized that she has the $5000 in escrow and it wasn’t supposed to come out of my proceeds. He called her and then she called him back and I went to pick up my $5000 check taped to the outside door Very shady and way below average service.
